Reed is often seen as the smartest human on Marvel Earth and one of the smartest in Marvel period.

I forgot about DC's number one mastermind, Mr. Oz. He doesn't live on earth though. He works outside of space/time. He's already displayed tech that rivals pretty much anyone in comics, including brainiac.
