Majestic probably runs out of feats before most mainstream guys. But he was always written as the guy Superman would have been if he had been an eminently disciplined, occasionally ruthless warrior instead of a boyscout. When his book came out, the legitimately large-scale threats they threw at just him on a consistent basis were a refreshing "gloves off" approach to writing this type of character, and in sharp contrast with the Superman books at the time. I can't shake the idea that he's a notch above the other Super-clones out there for this reason, but I also realize that's because of his initial portraya more so than any specific feat.
True. Cpt. Atom punking Majestic did nothing for his cross-company cred (though it was a hilarious comparative boost for Apollo later in the same book). So like I said, he's probably a bit low on feats compared to someone like Orion who's been around forever. The planet-moving feat(s) Majestros had, after he built the gloves to keep the planets together, is probably the best bet of someone looking to rep him. But I don't know for sure.
That Captain Atom feat is often posted out of context, though. He had a piece of "void shard" in him.
Who's the guy that uses robot bodies? Forgeet his name, but he absorbed a piece of "void shard", and he was suddenly Majestic level, where he used to be a notch or two below in his best "military grade" suit.
So yeah, I can see Captain Atom ramping up to well past Maj. (That actually makes Apollo look even MORE impressve though. 😉 )

There wasn't even an implication of a void upgrade in that arc, though. I always took it to be Cpt. Atom at his regular levels. Interesting theory, but I'd need to be convinced.

Are you talking about Spartan?

Has Void ever merged with someone and not amped them?
I mean, there's no question Captain Atom had part of Void in him, the story says as much. I could try and find scans of Spartan's own amping, if that means anything. The scene of Majestic running Spartan through from his series is actually in Armageddon..
Never did get how Armageddon and Majestic's story tie together. Did he die? Did a time duplicate die? Did Armageddon undo the events of Majestic?

Majestic just showed up for a bit. He wasn't really a huge part of the Armageddon arc.
No need to post scans, though. I'm well aware of Spartan, and his Void upgrade. It's just that literally nothing about Cpt. Atom's feats required an upgrade, nor was there any implication of an upgrade. And merging with the Void entity like Spartan did is obviously different than having subatomic traces of it in your system. There was just no evidence of it in the comic, either explicit or implied. I think it's fair to say it made him unstable in a way that drove the arc (that much is self-evident, tbh), but in terms of direct affect on his powers, I don't think there's any reason to believe he got an upgrade.
Armageddon's implications were a touch unclear. He remade the Wildstorm universe, but most of it remained the same. There was only a passing reference to it a bit later in the Authority's run. It was like the softest reboot in comic history. From a canon perspective, it can safely be ignored, at least in terms of changing or erasing anything.

Yeah, I see Orion as having the fights, but Majestic has the feats.By that I mean,Maj has more space cheese, whereas Orion, just because one of his rogues happens to be Apokolips, and his rival is Supey, means he has more interactions to play off.
