Most Powerful PT Combatant the Hero of Tython Can Defeat?

Who is the most powerful PT Force user that the Hero of Tython (as of Shadow of Revan) can defeat for a clear majority (let's say, at least 7/10)? Assuming these are all-out fights, to the death, on neutral ground.

Round 2: KOTET Outlander (Hero of Tython version)

All of them.

The Hero can take the B-Team members, Plo Koon, Shaak Ti, Cin Drallig, Asajj Ventress, etc., but not Obi-Wan and up.

The Outlander can take Obi-Wan, but not Anakin or Yoda. Whether or not he can handle Mace and Dooku are debatable.

IMO, the Outlander isn't above Revan. If he was above Revan, then he could obviously take Mace and Dooku as well.

Bariss at a push?

Maybe if he's lucky Cin Drallig

Hero's absolute equal is Obi-Wan.

KotET Outlander really depends on if he's dark or light. The amps he gets if he follows the path of the former are just straight-out ridiculous. However, since the HoT's lightside, the strongest he could beat is probably Mace.

He can beat anyone up Windu, whom he falls to.

Original = stalemate at Mace Windu

KOTET = above Revan so you do the math

He ain't beating Obi.

Given he can take both Arcann and Vaylin, I'd put absolute prime Outlander above both Dooku and Mace.

Prime non-Outlander HoT~Malgus, who in turn is ~ DE Luke, so HoTlander can beat anyone below Yoda

It depends on where the Outlander actually stands relative to Revan.

He isn't better than Revan if that's what you are insinuating.

Tenebrae was preparing to use The Outlander for housing his spirit for long-term basis. Towards this end, Tenebrae rescued The Outlander from dire situations (see chapters 5 and 8 of KoTFE) and significantly enhanced the Force-sensitivity and power of The Outlander later (see chapter 12 of KoTFE).

The Outlander went from standing no chance against Arcann and/or Vaylin to outright defeating them in solo encounters afterwards.

The Outlander - at his prime - is above Revan (any incarnation). People here are just stuck in the past and traditional perceptions.

Nothing. Revan has superior displays of power and superior feats. The only thing suggesting that the Outlander is superior is a quote about the Outlander being the most powerful opponent that Valkorion had ever faced, which is irrelevant, as Valkorion never faced Revan. Only Vitiate did.
