And Daisy's MA skills can be attributed to Ward and May, since they trained her.

Yeah, there have been a couple of really tough fighters on AoS over time.

As to Daisy, she does have a bit of a natural advantage in H2H compared to normal humans, in that she has shown the ability to use her powers to amp her physical attacks, which definitely helps.

Yeah, but continuous usage of her powers injure her, so its not that much of a bonus.

Well, the upgraded gauntlets seem to help a lot in that regard. And even without that, it's still a very useful ace-in-the-hole to have when pure H2H is not getting the job done.

She got rid of one pair IIRC, but then got new ones from Fitz. She was using them a few times during the final episode as well, like when they went to that meeting where the LMDs tried to kill Talbot and a bunch of government officials.

For May's losses, there is also Mike Peterson pre-cyborg oneshotting her, but then again he is Cap+. And there was this fodder in S1 who KOed her with a crate. LMD Aida did take her out too once, but May later beat her twice. Alisha knocked her out by playing possum too IIRC. Bobbi got the better of her, but that was when May was testing her recovery so its hard to say if May was going all out or not.
For her beating superhumans, she did beat a teleporting fighter in S1.
