Starro vs Eclipso (Battle of will)

Starro is implanted with a Black Diamond which takes effect immediately.

Eclipso has a mini Starro face hugger strapped to his face.

Both are unable to physically move.

They interface on a psychic level.

Which one would dominate the other?

I would go with Eclipso for the Majority.

Eclipso is an aspect of God. He should win.

Eclipso is magic, he should win.
