Batman tech vs Black Panther tech

Which one of these characters have the best tech/weapons? Let's not include transforming into high tech armor like the one Black Panther used against Cho or Batman Hell Bat armor. Let's stay within the costume we've seen them wear more than 5 issues by different writers. Go!!!

Batman, hands down, as he carries way WAY more kit on him, and yet his performance doesn't suffer.

I mean, all his stuff must weigh a (metaphorical) ton, if using RL physics. Therefore, either he is massively stronger/faster without all of it, or they weigh next to nothing.

Panther has the higher tech in his suit.
Its like comparing a tank with a fighter jet, though, with Batman being the tank.
Both are uniquely suited to their environments.

Batman, post flashpoint has been pretty crazy. He created Brother Eye, for example. One of the MOST uber A.I.'s in COMICS.

He also created a miniature sun, which was revealed in Action comics.

it's a super computer that panther recently used to hack into Galactus' ship even when he didn't have any prior contact with it. Pretty sure that panther integrated it with his suit.
