genuinely wondering how they take down a guy that can reform himself molecule by molecule, can't be killed, and is strong enough to treat Thor like a child.

Also, wouldn't Superman and his boy scout mindset make him try to keep prime from killing either of them?

Something I found funny, is how the DS/Thor sequence is a literal copy/paste of the Superman/Wonder Woman sequence.

1). Sentry flies in
2). Grabs Thor by the neck
3). Flies him into space at faster than light
4). KOs him one punch at the destination.
Replace Sentry with Superman and Thor with WW, and it would still be true.

Heck, the panels basically mirror eachother:
