If OP or anyone wishes to place stipulations (NO! He can't do X, he can't do Y, he can only do Z), then we know that yes, Flash can indeed KO Classic Juggy in 1 second.

Yes. As shown with Cyclops' various plans to deal with Kuurth - which he planned would work on Juggernaut, but hadn't dealt with the Serpent's additional enchantments. Internal attacks work (after all, that's why they need to get rid of that helmet in the first place). Matter manip works on his internals.
