Gangs have historically always been prevalent in urban areas amongst the poor. I believe you had some poor Italians and Irish gangs who did a fair bit of shooting in Chicago in the early part of the last century. Am I right?

Lol, yes we totally did have that problem in the last century. Though currently our problem is not the Irish and Italians. Different types of gangs are our problems now. Ones that, instead of just killing each other, decide to randomly shoot little kids in the face, etc. because they are too stupid to aim properly.

That's, unfortunately, a result of the type of crime they are involved in, drugs cause problems... They actually change the nature of turf wars etc.
