What weakness? Do you mean his strength? I can agree that Kurse will start off stronger but DD is much faster and he would catch up with strength, also his claws would shred Kurse.

his only weakness is iron. Physical hits do nothing against Kurse.

I read the Kurse comics all of them. Didn't seem like too much tbh

4 times stronger than Thor? Is that too much? To be honest Hulk looks much stronger than only 4 times on this showing:

4x Beyonder Amp Kurse was a monster. He destroyed Thor with the Belt of Strength and he crushed BRB. It took dropping an entire building frame made of iron (his weakness) on him and then Energizer channeling the power of both Stormbreaker and Mjolnir to merely KO him.

What was the strongest physical punishment he had to endure and how about slashing attacks?
I wouldn't credit him with absolute resitance to physical punishment if the hardest he tanked were Thors blows:
