For the Wonder Woman that fought against those villains in the magazine your picture is taken from was far weaker than, say, 2003-2008 Wonder Woman or the DCnU version, who was the actual daughter of Zeus.
Hercules should beat the depicted version of those 3 with relatively moderate difficulty, depending on how tough his skin is.
I'd give the trio the advantage if Herc is vulnerable to Cheetah's claws, however.
