Hulk's incarnations: If a Hulk is stated as amped, then he's amped. WWH-arc Hulk can, more often than not, accomplish something Savage did, WBH can accomplish something WWH-arc Hulk did, and so on.
So STRONGER incarnations of Hulk can, more often than not, accomplish what weaker versions can accomplish.

ESPECIALLY, Deadpool, once you get some context of carver's butthurt.
He's a massive Hulk fan, who always argues that all Hulks are the same - Savage, WWH, WBH etc.
IOW, everytime there's a Hulk in a thread, he has the ability to go WBH and stomp, therefore, Hulk should always have WBH's feats. Hence, the forum ruling which he is so passionately and eloquently ranting against.
