Batman would nudge him out after a really good fight.

Ninjak has been savage the last few years, he'd take it IMO. Granted I haven't kept up with Batman since Rebirth, so my opinion isn't fully informed.

Both are highly skilled and their gadgets perfectly counter each other's, but Ninjas swords can cut through even the X-O Manowar suit and his willingness to kill should seal the win IMO.
