If she does, she shoots Bane in the head.

If she doesn't, she can evade Bane for a while, but she can do essentially no damage to Bane in hand-to-hand.

Based on the first movie anyway. I haven't seen the second, so I can't comment on KA2 Hit Girl.

Well. he doesn't add any stips, so that means standard rules apply. so Hit Girl shoots him 10/10.

She fought a legitimate superhuman in Mother Russia in Kick Ass 2, though she wasn't doing much damage still she used a shot of adrenaline and stabbed her with glass shards.

If it's just H2H then Bane finally wins.
