Pretty much. He's been altered ever since Black Vortex. He warps reality around each of the Inhumans.

gamora's amp was pretty vague from the vortex. guess i'd need to see a few feats from ronan. even still, sheer number of feats will make it almost impossible for him to take this even if he has closed the gap significantly in overall power.
