Ares vs Daken

What if Daken had decided to go for it? Who wins?

Ares. Good fight though

1) Pheromone powers work fine on Ares, as shown on panel.

2) Daken's bone claws (not the muramasa ones) have sliced Ares' war cleaver to pieces.

As for the cleaver... first, Lyra takes it from Ares and stabs Daken:

Yea...none of that was impressive. And his cleaver isnt his axe.

It shows that Ares is not immune to pheromones. They can be used for battle purposes, too.

It's not, but Daken doesn't need to cut through his axe... just through his flesh, lol.

Daken beat Skaar pretty easily, and probably would have killed him if Banner didn't bluff shooting Wolverine in the head with an old power gun at full power (Sort of ooc that he didn't call that buff.. As if any gun could kill Logan.)

Yea but it didnt do shit but make a bloodthirsty god more bloodthirsty. Not sure how that works in Dakens favor. And weapon thing meh..ive never seen that weapon before so not sure what its made of ....im just not buying an easy win for daken

He has. He's always been weak, but getting more spotlight at least occasionally gave him some feats.

marvel ares is pretty pathetic in general. he has some decent moments, but dc did the war god up sooooo much better.
