Matt can win. If an errant backhand from Baleman can break Bane's mask those billy clubs will do a number on it.
And Matt will know to target that area, as his senses will be able to pick up on it. The guy could hear how individual bones shift inside a human body, and could even smell that a guy sitting like 40 feet away had cancer. So, he would be able to hear the difference in breathing, and likely smell whatever is being pumped through the mask. And even his armoured gauntlets are pretty tough, as he has used them to block sword strikes from Hand ninjas before, IIRC.
