Ursa Major vs. Grizzly

I feel Ursa Major has this, man.

I love 'were' creature threads, but I got to admit I know next to nothing about Grizzly. I know Ursa Major has at least superhuman : strength, speed, senses, durability across the board. He's also a trained Russian soldier so he has H2H training. He also has more appearances so he has more showings to draw on good and bad.

I'm going with him but googling around, it seems that Grizzly may actually have the edge in terms of physical stats. Can anyone confirm/deny?

Thanks DS and Stilt. After looking through that, I still stand by my Ursa Major endorsement though. He's gone up against Hulk, She-Hulk, and other characters in their league and survived the beating.

Grizzly has the stats on paper powerwise, but Ursa has the feats.

Have to go with Ursa, simply because Grizzly's bear suit, (with big teddybear ears and everything), is quite possibly the dorkiest thing I have ever seen in a comic book.
