Mad Dog from Arrow? If so, Bane wrecks him.

It's Mad Dog from the Raid.

Mad Dog is way too fast and skilled for Bane to even lay a finger on. Plus Mad Dog is not above biting, ripping, and breaking parts of him that his durability don't protect against. Mask doesn't matter when he's gouged Bane's eyes out.

Also I doubt Bane could put him down. The brothers couldn't do it and it took a light bulb in his jugular pumping out blood while fighting for a good minute or two before he finally weakened enough for them to beat.
