IMHO, Selene. She's like the Martian Manhunter (a character with a crapload of powers that have no relation to each other 😄 ) of Marvel. She's a sorceress, a psychic vampire, she has TP/TK, hypnotic stare, and short range super speed (she uses this and people think she teleported).

Tough Selene is formidable but she has limits. Aquaman has more feats to draw upon. Edge to AM
