Rogue kept the powers cuz she killed Ms. Marvel, w/ Rogue's powers, if u touch someone long enuff then she absorbs their powers indefinately and kills the person, Rogue was "evil" during this time, she was also under the influence of Mystique and after she realized she killed Ms. Marvel she grew even more confused, untrusting, and scared of her powers so after that she decided to only use the powers she got from ms. marvel cuz she was scurd she might hurt other ppl, however cuz ms. marvel wasn't full human, she also lived inside of rogue and would eventually take over rogue's body and Ms. Marvel could control Rogue's powers

I dont see how rogue could ever have any kids. She cant touch anybody for a long time without eventually killing them, but she would have to be touching the baby (inside of her) for 9 months. So the baby would not last long inside her
