those lasers are slow as hell taking 3 seconds to reach luffy and 5 secs to reach the three on background while luffy was speaking in real time 😂

False.

That was a "gamma bomb" at the end of Hulk 2003, which seemingly only released gamma radiation and had little no no destructive blast as we see the trees and other plant life around the lake perfectly intact afterwards.

At this point, he's at least Class 100. And with Gear 4th Hulk won't even see him before he's suddenly flying backwards and spitting up blood.
