Immortals are probably around Quicksilver levels, although a bit lower. However it's hard to compare them as they are fighting Titans who are similarly enhanced. However their feats are impressive and definitely make them faster than Superman at the least.

More importantly, lightning clocks in at around mach 200 on average.

Unless it was specifically a steppe leader or something there is no reason to assume it broke that significantly at all, which would make him still far slower than Fox Quicksilver.
