Well, Asura was a casual moon buster at a weaker form.

At the end game, he beat the very being that created his entire universe, and created the eight Mantra powered beings (Like chi).

And we know this god was a universe buster, as he erased and rebooted creation many times prior.

No, Chakravertin is only referenced as having created "the world", never the universe, and his actual feats only top out at being small galaxy level if you're being charitable, star level if you're not.
