Phuking this, Squirrel Girl's is just marvel's unfunny way of trolling
there is no lulz, just facepalm and headshakes
The Multiversal thing sounds impressive, but it doesn't really lend Lobo practical power for dealing with the match at hand, does it? He'd have probably ended Big Blue's career early on, otherwise ...

Lobo-seid?
Problem is, even IF we roll with your ball, unlike Darkseid, Lobo has no self-awareness. More than this, he eventually becomes at odds with any other version of himself in any comic I've ever read about him.
Also, what abilities are you proposing "true" Lobo brings to the table that would help against Squirrel Girl?

It might be worth pointing out that the version of Kraven that shows up in her series is some apparently more powerful form of immortal Kraven.
In fact, Squirrel Girl uses this fact to present a winning argument to him.
Presenting, though, because this episode offers another example of Squirrel Girl's deus ex machina physical strength. Here she demonstrates so much upper body strength that she is able to monologue ALOUD for several seconds and even ask and get an answer from one of her squirrel companions before Kraven drops back into her arms:

Erm, Lobo has some of the best self-awareness there is. He knows he's in a comic, with writers:
And has used this to his benefit:
More than this, you may need to read more comics about him.
He certainly works with himself when the occasion arises. The clones all work together to defeat their enemy FIRST.
And:
Even Lil 'Lobo (who is Lobo but aged mystically to a kid) does the same:
His regen is above hers. He came back from a skull:
Can fight headless:
Fight when burnt to a skeleton:
Even a sun is no match for him:

He could use his time belt and send her away:

He isn't just a bruiser. He built this planet destroying gun out of scraps he found:

And can sense the weakness in any opponent:
Pretty sure She-Hulk preceded Deadpool in breaking the 4th Wall.
As for the main thread title matchup, still gotta go with Squirrel Girl, though that WAS an unexpectedly good array of samples brought forth by D.S.
For Squirrel Girl has actually defeated time travel plots, displays arguably genius level intellect, and regularly fights superior numbers of opponents.
The last is probably easiest to demonstrate.
Might as well begin with the Avengers:
