Correct. One is perjury, one is not. That's...how it works, man.
Yes that's a clear distinction, Thank You.

What is not clear is why Congress was willing to take Bill Clinton to court but is unwilling to take Donald Trump to court. Both President's have very similar sex scandals and both were accused of sexual harassment.

If you take Trump to court and he denies the Stormy Daniels thing then that is perjury in the same way that Clinton denying the Lewinsky thing was perjury.

While I'm sure you'll get a pat on the back for that, but yeah, the POTUS saying that in regards to other countries and people is a problem. It looks poorly on the US and as much as you don't care, our position and outlook on the world stage does matter. I for one don't want to go back to how the US was viewed 2004-2008

If it looks poorly on the US, why did democrat weasels run to the press and announce it?

I thought we did country before party? Now explain how making the US look bad, as you just claimed this did, is good for the country.

IOW: "It's not Trump's fault for saying it, it's the media's fault for reporting on what he said!"

You didn't answer the question. You said this makes the country look bad. I seem to remember you praising Jeff Flake for going against Trump and donating to democrats because he was putting country before party.

How does running to the media so other countries find out about this...putting country before party? Just explain that.

Trump's entire Presidency already looks poorly on the US. And it's not the Democrats' jobs to cover up for Trump's racism. If Obama said something similar, I would fully expect Republicans to expose him.

But this does not answer the question lol. I say again: how is this putting country before party? Explain.

Trump didn't bang Stormy in the Oval Office then lie about it, Bill did however bang Lewinsky in the Oval office, then lied about it. Thanks for playing apples to bannans.

Because the more we expose Trump, the less chance there is he survives this term and the less chance there is that he gets re-elected in 2020. Less Trump is better for America.

Lol oh bullshit. Calling 3rd world nations shitty isn't impeachment worthy or anything.

How does this put country before party? Getting rid of Trump before his term is out is a pipe dream, so why is this putting the country first?

It's just more #nevertrump. He says something stupid, it's not his fault, it's everyone else for something something reasons.

Lol but nobody said his saying something stupid isn't his fault. But it getting out to the media is not his fault. They ran to the media to squeal. Are you legitimately going to sit there and say this was putting country before party?

If they put country before party, why act like little weasels? Explain it.

Okay, but Trump used CAMPAIGN funds during an ELECTION to silence an affair and then did not report this to the FEC and then lied about it through a representative. Also 17 women formally accused Trump of sexual harassment and assault, whereas Congress only needed 1 woman's accusation to bring Bill Clinton to court.

Cept you have no proof of any of that. Even if it was True, you can't be impeached for violating FEC regulations. Because nearly everyone does it

The answer to this is simple.

Trump's own party controls Congress.

Trump is still popular in his own party.

Thus, his own party is not going to bring about any charges against him.

Did you see how Happy Lester Holt was in North Korea?

Are you going to explain how exposing something you claim makes us look bad to other countries is putting country before party?

Wait so there is 100% concrete proof campaign funds were used?

You have to understand that from a Democrat's perspective, Trump is a genital wort on the cock of America. So the best thing they can do for America is remove the wort.

None what so ever.
