Israel should never have been formed, the Jewish nation should have been carved right out of Germany.

I have no clue as to why the Germans did not execute Hitler for attempting a coup in the 1920s. That is weird to me. They jailed him..and not for very long considering the crime.

This is strange. Isn't hate speech protected speech under the first amendment? Wouldn't that mean every black person who calls a white person "cracker" is guilty of the exact same thing as the guy above? Is there a special law in NY I'm not familiar with regarding speech?

Edit. Looked it up. Looks like the guy threatened to "smack the sh-t out of her". Which is not protected speech and is in fact illegal (the "hate crime" is then attached to the charges of threatening due to his words).

That works the other way, too. The NFL would back this to the hilt, if there was the threat of a boycott for not kneeling.

The NFL isn't the victim or the hero here, as most businesses aren't. They go where the money is.
