Did they retain their crunch in the casserole?

Somewhat, not the full crunch, but enough. It is a delicate process though it can easily turn gooey instead.

Overall agree, I like it in some salads in very small amounts. But in the burger when cooked, worked really with the flavors.

Yeah I've never had it cooked with anything. Just crumbled on top.

One time I made spaghetti only to discover I had mixed up my frozen bag of spaghetti sauce mixed with meat with a bag of frozen chili. It ended up being tasty.

That does sound good.

Honestly chili for me is one of the things that you can add to most dishes and it will improve it. Same with ranch.

How does this sound:

Italian sausage, bacon, prosciutto sub.

I was spouting off those favorite random meats on a work lunch, and co-workers dared me to actually order one at this local deli, and they'd pay half. The fattiest, saltiest meats you can order... All in one package.

I did, with grilled onions and peppers. Offered my boss half, and he yelled "GET THAT OUTTA HERE, IT'S POISON!"

But it was GOOD.

That sounds delicious.

Anyone ever have the sandwiches from Arby's? The Turkey bacon ranch sandwich is f*cking awesome.

Dal is my favorite style of food with lentils and split peas.

That said it appears as though Michael Avanetti was taken into custody for suspected domestic violence.

I've only ever had the roast beef sandwiches from Arby's, they're not bad. Overpriced, though.

Oh also had the beef dip there once. Same deal.

These are different these are like deli sandwiches.

And yes it DOES actually look like that if you order it lol. It's one of those rare things that looks like it does on tv.

Yeah I see those advertised but I'm always hesitant to get those types of sandwiches out because they're so easy to make at home. Plus I almost never go to Arby's. That looks good, though.

I was hesitant too and I actually got my first one cuz I had this coupon that was half off and it was so worth it.

I worked at Arby's when they first started making the Market Fresh Sandwiches(that's what the TBR is). Those things are awesome. I really miss the Arby-Q though.

What's your favorite food, DDM?

This thread is now temporarily about everyone's favorite food. Go.

Mine is probably Mexican, more specifically, probably a good Carne Asada burrito.

Good pizza. I disagree with the saying that “sex is like pizza: even bad pizza is still good.” There’s bad sex. And bad pizza.

New York Style Cheesecake with cherry pie filling on top.

Brownies with cream cheese frosting.

Fresh, right out of the oven, croissants with a bit of honey.

Banh Trang (it’s good when made right)

That’s what comes to mind.

Sometimes I really want a chili cheese and onion hotdog on a potato bread bun.

Deluxe tator tots.

Fried cheese curds dipped in southwest dressing.

Sometimes I really want a steak.

Black Forest Sundae - can be great when I’m the mood.

Good choices.

Agreed about bad pizza. Anyone who says bad pizza is good probably hasn't tried the 7/11 pizza, that shit can be vicious.

For me, I like Indian and oriental food best. Give me a Thai green curry or a chicken shashlick every time. Although DDM is right good pizza is great.

Eton mess as a desert takes some beating even if it is just clotted cream strawberries or raspberries, sugar and meringue
