Other than that, I say if you can't take it then don't dish it. I see so many people talking mad shit to one member and then they turn around and mash the report button and crying because they can't stand the returning shit talking.

It only makes sense if someone thought I legit went off this forum to go find this dudes pic and post it, but it wasn't the case. I'm told someone who thought I'd doxxed him reported me, but I figure it would have been looked into before action was taken. If I post my address on here, are you doxxing me if you repost it? No.

If you want my honest opinion, I think that posting a picture of someone without their permission isn't a ban worthy offense.
I can't tell the other mods what to do or what not to do. All I'll say is that I wouldn't have banned anyone, rather I would have investigated the matter by contacting the person who was in the pic and ask their opinion, then I would have deleted said pic post and then issued a statement to the pic poster to not do it again or else.
