If that is truly the law then it's hard to argue that they did not break it. Do I think they should get the maximum punishment, which includes jail time? No.

I'd tweak it to a small fine and also they have to apologize to the people whose meeting they disrupted.

We've covered this already, forcing someone to apologize only makes for an insincere apology. Feelings shouldn't factor into this.

Drag Queens are usually cis!males or gender-fluids who dress in exaggerated clothing for the purpose of entertainment. Because of that, he is in fact a male even in terms of gender expression and thus I definitively conclude he should go to a men's prison.
