emma's only chance of course is to out-skill max. she is out-powered and physically max would crush her quickly. i'd need to see scans showing max's skill. phoenix badly over-matched emma, but emma still beat her. i doubt highly max is as skilled as emma but even if emma is better, max could def hold out long enough to crush her.

Emma stands NO chance here. Maxima ouclasses her in all categories : power, versatility, speed, physical stats, etc..
