Toss a coin.

Both were powerful enough to no sell the entire 5th dimension. Both could only be beaten by ridiculously specific, metatextual plot-devices.

How would A fare against the likes of Lucifer/Michael/Thought Robot and what not?

Mxy figured out how to affect both of them with said metatextual plot-devices(Ultimator was just a fiction he made up, but still) -- so I can only assume Lucifer could as well.

As for Thought Robot? It is THE metatextual plot-device, so yeah...
