Well I can say, based on what the Who Framed Roger Rabbit movie gave us, that Judge Doom operates (assuming no PIS and no plot devices) on a very high level...

Unfortunately "very high" doesn't mean much. The Creeper could be said to operate at a "very high" level as well. But idk if anyone would say the Creeper would beat a Future Sentinel. So if JD can, well that would certainly put his above the Creeper.

So what do you think? Is JD > FS?
