Maybe SSJ2 would be enough (but probably would have trouble with those brothers combined), but at full power he clears with ease.
DAR Dark-Kenshin Blocked Blue Vegeta. Easily. Problem is saving stamina for the tougher fights from other universes (Kale, Hit, Jiren).
