Grey Gargoyle on Tarene's state:

Grey Gargoyle: "I killed her already. I smashed her into smithereens."

Thor #48.

mhmm

Haha, seriously? Until the characters are reverted back to human form, they are alive under Gorgoyle's touch.

So until Thor Girl was in stone form, she wouldn't be dead. That's why Amora's mirror made her whole and not resurrected her.

You're posting scans out of a comic you aren't even fully reading.

And you can't understand those even after reading them. Surprise, surprise.

Yes, dialogue, and character assessments are my proof. I know, weird.

Matt Fraction dedicated Tony's entire motivation throughout Fear Itself in reflection of Grey Gargoyle's atrocity...and no one was really dead? The people that were shattered into millions of pieces didn't die....because something-something Tarene? Lol.

They were transformed into stone permanently. That's as good as being dead, but they weren't actually literally dead.

How hard is that for you to understand?

Anyways, I posted the issue numbers so that anybody can read the story-line. To summarize: The Worthy Grey Gargoyle killed all of Paris, and Odin simultaneously restored the city, it's inhabits, while transmuting them to human.

Heh, literally scrapping the bottom of the barrel for feats here.

You're literally like Thor now.

So....Odin resurrected an entire city full of people that are "as good as dead" iyo, were said to be dead by Tony Stark and the writer Matt Fraction btw...but they're not actually dead?

What a weird hill you've decided to die on.

And just to clarify, I've posted numerous scans of people transformed by Grey Gargoyle's powers being clarified as killed, including the Grey Gargoyle himself in a comic you referenced, and you hit me with a handbook scan?

😂 Bro, you're getting desperate.

Grey Gargoyle: "I killed her already. I smashed her into smithereens."

-Abhilgend 2018: Grey Gargoyle doesn't know how his powers work. No one does including Iron Man, Odin, or the writer Matt Fraction.

Btw, in the bio, it talks about his touch being a temporary transformation. Not his touch, and THEN being shattered into a million pieces. I was going to post more scans, but this really side-tracked the discussion....

Plus, the handbook isn't for Worthy Gargoyle, right?

I can't use Juggernaut entries for Kuurth......

I already addressed that in the previous page where I pointed out that Iron Man notes that the Worthy version is a completely different monster who’s powers work differently.

But those are the type of details beneath Abhil.

Meh, it's a feat comparable to what Highfather did years back. Instead of stone, he reverted a city of people turned to animals.

Far complex than what Odin did.

So, Amora's mirror which turns people to their true forms actually resurrected Thor Girl? Is that what you're going with now?

Idiot.

Yes, his touch turned all those who touched it into stone permanently.

There was nothing more than that to it.

Living stone or dead stone?

i've missed abhi. i feel rage wasn't complete while abhi was away.

Abhi and facts have yet to ever meet up. Bucket list for Abhi.

facepalm

I read the first page, and i was surprise. Then hit page 2, then I realize why I love this place so much.

Can’t even go 2 pages with name calling.

....That’s what I’ve been saying.

They turned into stone. They are inanimate objects, and when shattered, they have no possibility of being alive.

You’re arguing that they were in fact alive...? That they somehow turn into immortal.

👆

Stone is stone. Except when stone is not stone. Also, good as dead is close enough to dead that everyone can refer to them as dead except they are not dead.

I thought this was a thread of Oan Power, PC, and OF? What is the relevance here? If you scroll back 2 pages, the reason we’re having this discussion is because you made a hilariously incompetent comparison.

And not as impressive because Odin resurrected the scores killed at the same time. 😉

They don't turn into inanimate objects. They are in suspended animation while turned to stone.

Are you sure you are a Thor fan? Because this is one of Thor villains we are talking about.

😂

Not only you don't know anything about how Grey Gorgoyle powers worked, you've flipped upon your own opinion in this very same thread.

Just so everyone understands what is happening here, Tarene, the Designate herself, was turned to Stone by the regular Grey Gargoyle, and shattered. She was assumed dead, and Desak (Her creation), senses but smallest spark of life inside of her:

Thor #48.

This is what Abhiligend is using as evidence that a mortal turned into stone, then shattered into pieces is alive. 😂

First "Desak states he detects Tarene is alive"

Then "No, She is dead because Gorgoyle said so"

Is this how you are or was mjolnir dropped on your head as a child?

Bump

I find myself agreeing with both of your perspectives.
