What if Padme didn't tell Anakin she was pregnant?

Upon returning to Coruscant Anakin is greeted by Padme. His wife considers telling him about her pregnancy but decides against it knowing that it's possible that the child isn't Anakin's considering how many other men she had been sleeping with behind her husband's back.

What happens?

If Anakin still has the same dreams probably the same thing.

He might not though if stress was a factor in what lead to those visions.

Anakin probably would've found out through Force senses or something like that.
