You don't think that's a bit ambiguous though? The art shows she's manipulating the energy from the rings but dialogue implies that she's manipulating the fact it's will based energy. So it's really hard to say how that translates to other forms of energy.
Given her nature and the dialogue it's likely to be the fact she's breaking down the energy because it's will and she's Darkseid's daughter

That's part of it. But also she created her own energy constructs. Plus she tanked Cap Marvel's magical lightning, and either tanked or absorbed an energy blast from Barda's mega rod. There's is no evidence that any energy attacks from sub skyfather beings would even remotely affect her.

The spears have been out-reacted by Wakandan soldiers. Anyway this is a red herring as her OB are definitely not slow, and its capable of tracking its opponent. Which is how Monica can hit by the spear. And Grail OB are much more powerful as they shattered WW bracelets something Darskseid himself has failed to do.

Grail got struck from behind at point blank range with a lightning attack, and then tossed into a truck that exploded. She comes out with no damage or lingering effect and immediately stabs Cap Marvel having him dead to rights. Whatever you wish to call that, it is clearly impressive. Also she didn't even scream from his lightning attack.

Wonder Woman was able to react to the attack though which means Monica will be able to do the same thing.
Lol at bringing up the soldier. With that said, Monica blitz Grail before she could react and goes in her eyes and scramble her brain for the win. Why I say that? Because Kalibak who doesn't have any speed fts was able to grab Grail...
Barda who doesn't have any speed fts was able to outreact her...
