In character, when Krypto fights, he fights like.....well, an animal.

Would CM go all out from the bell, in character, like OP said, against a dumb animal? I will need to see scans (which have been sadly lacking).

In Character Krpyto would lick CM face who would be really happy about it.
In a forced serious fight I would go with Krypto, because he is the most awesome dog in comics.

You treated Namor the same way until people had to convince you on his power level. It'll be ok Zop. Deep down, you know how powerful Cap is.

He's not wrong.

Cap and the Marvel family have been on a steady decline for years, with only a few writers like Morrison trying to give him some respect.

The Nu52 SHAZAM characterization is basically the Captain Marvel mythos hitting rock bottom.
