Why does Xizor f!!k a droid if he's rich and powerful enough to seduce and woman?

In Shadows of the Empire it mentions several times that Xizor had intimate relations with his droid, Guri, and specifically states that he would have her "undress and join him in the [bath]tub".

Wouldn't you think that someone who was powerful enough to seduce Leia would have a higher standard than T-X humanoids?

What's the difference, really, if she's so human like. If I'm not mistaken, Xizor could seduce anyone due to his physiology, he didn't even need to put effort in. Easier to have someone who can't be a weakness for him, when he's in a position like that.

Because why not? Plus as it's noted, he gets bored with women easily and never found one woman who was his equal as he saw it. He wouldn't stay with them anyway regardless. Relationships to someone like Xizor, doesn't have any benefit for him, so he doesn't have any.

the choice is

Let's be honest. Any woman will probably be a lesser f*ck then Guri.

It's understandable why Xizor would fu*k Guri when he needs to release a load; but for those special moments a Princess Leia is nothing to take a pass on.
