Maul was still a teenager when he fought Siolo. Yeah, he had tore into people's torsos, ran through blaster fire w/o Augmentation, and could have collapsed barracks with a Force Scream, but he has nothing, IMO, to put him Ventress level. Unless Siolo manages to surprise her with his speed, he's going down.

Siolo only defeated a vastly Pre-TPM Maul who is likely below Ventress.

No. Maul didn't even construct his double-bladed saber, which he had a long time before TPM, IIRC.

Maul became a Sith Lord five years before TPM. Killing Siolo was one of his earlier missions as a Sith. So it was 4/5 years before TPM.
