Reality Warpers can "Create Out of Nothing" ?

Not creating from energies or other things . Only from "nothing" ?

Reality warpers are playing with the information that constructs reality, not the matter or energy of a reality which is a manifestation of the source code for reality itself. Think of it like a program becomes pictures on a screen, the pictures are the matter and energy in this analogy and the program which is being run says how the pictures appear.
