I can't recall a single time in which she lost as traight up saber duel. Not only that, but Shado Vao (who is arguably the best duelist of the Jedi order at that ) couldn't get a decisive win against her in sabers.

She also took down Wolf and Shado in an all out fight. The only person that she's consistently lost to is Cade (who I'd personally say is above satele).

Satele's more powerful and she's practiced enough with a blade such that her power advantage probably makes her better at dueling than Talon as well. Even if not, I'd back her for all-out.
