Mercenaries are better at fighting than pirates so I'll have to side with Bane.

true but dooku got bs'ed in a media known to bs, bane got bs'ed in books known to overpower tbh. also bane was slower than captain america

He was, but his saber was with Hondo Ohnaka, a non-Force sensitive standing 4 feet away from Dooku.
