There is no new 52 anymore. They're pretty much all the same character. The only thing that is different is time is altered, because of Manhattan.

Yes, I believe so. Everything was retconned

For Nu 52 Orion he doesn't really have any low showings yet. He stalemated Superman, defeated Hal easily tearing through his constructs like tissue paper, and just beat an amped Kalibak. He also took a beating for First Born and survived.
