Really this would just boil down to Can Danny Dodge Digger's Rangs to get in close and punch him. And Digger has some pretty impressive rangs in some versions.

I'm not saying Danny dodge's, ftr. I'm saying he just destroys it with an IF, like he did a switchblade or handgun (By crushing it)

But just punching some fo the rangs would be a kind of bad idea. Like the kind that explode in a few tons of compressed sticky dough.

I think it might pre date Claremont.

Happened a second time when Cage and Danny teamed up (The main writer was pretty bland, and liked rehashing a lot of stuff. It was the guest writers like Jurgens and Priest who really made that series..)

He didn't do any of that but the sheer wankery of the Shariforce also blind the reader and makes him believes that hyperbolic statements are true.

The Shariforce blocks the brain of the reader to the point he becomes impervious to the context.

LOL. I get that most superhero and supervision costumes would look ridiculous in real life, but, Captain Boomerang? Man. Wow.

Who has a worst looking costume? Deadpool actually laughed his ass off at Danny's ballet shoes, and hillariously several issues later he's suddenly wearing boots.

As bad as Captain Boomerangs costume is I would probably be more wary of him. A bandolier with sharp metallic boomerangs, a sweater and hat with Nike symbols everywhere, leggings and boots. That Screams, homeless meth addict. I'd cross to the other side of the street, immediately.

didn't the new cap boomerang (current?) have some crazy level of super speed? he'd be a much better match up for current fist. /shrug
