Ok, Malak should be arounds Darth revan's level, who was regarded as Nihilus's superior by Meetra, which is further reinforced, by Kreia, as she regarded him as her greatest, and specifically comments on his power(connection to the force) knowing about Nihilus.
Revan, was regarded, to be the most powerful force user to come out of that enclave. Malak wasn't far behind, as he made Darth Revan struggle, before his betrayal,
Malak has a abit of growth, plus the star forge, which would of put Kotor Revan above, Vitiate as he mused Revan would of been invincible, which puts him above the likes of Vitiate as they had met.(So it's a pretty big amp)
Meaning Malak in his prime should be somewhat comparable to Ulic, and in return thon.
