Coruscant vs Kaiju

In the Star Wars Universe, a more unhinged terrorist faction of the Rebels send a doomsday package to devestate the Empires stronghold.

This package includes:

Godzilla.
Ghidorah.
Mothra.
Baragon.
Kamacuras.
Gorosauras.
Megalon.
Space Godzila.
Rodan.

Only movie feats are canon, no EU, Legacy, or comic book, novel, or source books.

Can the Empire stop the monsters? (Needless to say, they'd prefer not to blow up their capital..)

Honestly I skipped over that cause I am bored with all the godzillas.

Death Star snd cannon from Rogue One are the only things capable of taking out the more powerful monsters. But theyre too small to hit.

Ion cannons might work at shorting out their systems.

Whats the end objective, just trash the planet? The Kaiju should be able to get it done pretty easily if the Empire unaware of the attack. If they had time to prepare a defense before the kaiju arrive then maybe they could work something out.

The Empire stomps. What are the Kaiju going to do against an orbital strike from the Destroyer fleet that's inevitably guarding the capital of the Empire?
