Can This Woman Graduate BUD/S or RASP?

I believe that Jessie Graff from American Ninja Warrior could graduate from the damn near impossible SEAL training school or the Ranger Assessment and Selection Program where there is huge washout percentile. Now having said that, I still don't believe women should serve in the Special Forces or SEAL teams. Opinions?
