Canon Sheev Telepathy Feat?

It seems to be implying that, along with his political genius, Sidious also used the dark-side to manipulate the Senate. Thoughts?

Could be referring to tp, or some kind of ritual. My personal opinion is it's referrimg to him using his foresight to manipulate events to influence the senators.

Its not what we think it is. In canon, Palpatine is not that powerful
