Now there is some debate regarding HOW that happened... Some people believe the CW only became Omniversal AFTER it reached the Starlight Citadel in 'Uncanny X-Men' #462, because the Citadel is an Omniversal nexus which could have facilitated the Wave's massive expansion to Omniversal scope/status:
